Appointment Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Favorisé! Because we are a mobile service and bring our expertise directly to your doorstep, scheduling and travel logistics require careful planning. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 business hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to adjust our travel routes and offer the opening to another client. Our Policy Terms: Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 business hours or more before your appointment will be processed free of charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours' notice will incur a 25% service fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. No-Shows: If an appointment is missed entirely without any prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday at 10:00 AM, please notify us by the prior Friday at 10:00 AM to avoid any fees. **Service Area & Pricing** All quoted prices are valid for appointments located within our standard service area, which includes locations within a **7-mile radius of ZIP code 60647**. To ensure the highest level of convenience and personalized care, appointments requested outside of this service area may incur a travel fee. Any applicable travel accommodations will be communicated and approved prior to confirming your reservation. Additional $5 per mile outside of ZIP code 60647.
